"The highest praise I can offer is that for the last 8 years we have stayed at various holiday cottages, this has been the first that has made me think I'd really like to go back. The big plus is that there is plenty to do on site. I went fishing a few times on the fishing lake, my 13 year old son enjoyed playing basketball and pool in the games hall, my 6 year old daughter loved feeding the animals 4 days, the pony ride and the trampoline, my wife enjoyed the walks around the farm, and we all enjoyed the pool."

"We hired 3 cottages, these were the best cottages we have ever rented, immaculately clean, lovely cream tea on arrival, Pool , feeding the animals , rowing on the lake , the boys loved it , We would recommend these cottages near St Austell. We also had a very well behaved dog who loved it too."

"The facilities were super, we swam at least once every day in the pool and my son particularly enjoyed dressing up in the under 5s room which was full of toys ideal for both children. We enjoyed days out to Polkerris beach, Mevagissey and Charlestown. We were lucky with the weather but there is plenty to do locally if it’s raining. My son also enjoyed feeding the animals twice in the week. The owners were very kind and easily accessible if required, even providing some flour in my hour of baking need! I would highly recommend a stay at these cottages."
